With two bathrooms offering both a shower and a bathtub, everyone can refresh with ease. Outside enclosed shower is also perfect to rinse that sand off. The condo stays cool with air conditioning and offers heating for cooler days. Guests will find a pleasant spot to relax after a day on the beach, boating, fishing or shopping! The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Beach towels located in laundry closet. These are the ONLY items that need washed and dried if used.
Grill bottle kept seperate. If using msg and we'll give code to get gas bottle.
Parking pass must be kept in Condo or $500 replacement is charged if not returned. Driveway has 1 spot or 2 for small cars. Garage is not usable since it is shared w/other owners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
