Welcome to your “casa” by-the-sea! Beautifully decorated in a palette of soft neutrals, this elegant remodel includes two living rooms, three bedrooms, two baths, and a lush backyard oasis. Upstairs, the living room features a fireplace and a large TV, dining for six, and a full bath with a tub/shower. Two bedrooms (one Queen and one w/two twins) are a few steps down, and the kitchen—updated with quartz countertops and painted cabinetry—has a sunny banquette and access to an upper deck with all-weather furniture. The lower level, accessed by interior stairs (or a separate entry), has a second living room with a TV and fireplace, a bedroom suite with a King, a private bath with a shower, and patio access. Laundry room is located beneath the deck. Driveway and street parking. One small dog allowed.
