Ocean Place is a well sought after building, as you’ll get to witness the sun-kissed waves in the morning as and gorgeous sunsets in the evening ! Ocean Place 520 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ocean view condo on the 5th floor. This side unit boasts amazing panoramic views of the beach and the bay, featuring a large balcony which makes this lovely a vacation home. There is a full kitchen (New for 2025), central air conditioning, washer/dryer, 3 smart flat screen TV's, free WiFi, owner leaves beach chairs, misc beach toys, nets and hooks for crabbing, and parking for 2 cars. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, and a full sized sleep sofa in the living room. 3The building has an elevator and a great outdoor pool. No pets. There is no smoking or vaping in the building or balcony. This regulation will be strictly enforced. Limit of 6 people.. Limit of 6 people.
