There is a queen bed in the first bedroom, 2 twins in the guest bedroom, and a double bed in the enclosed den. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 4 smart TV’s, Multi channel Direct TV W/5 HBO channels, Netflix, Starz, Cinemax, ESPN AND music, and WiFi. Unit 1812 will have 2 new bathrooms for 2026. There are no tubs in this unit only showers. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. This property rents for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’.
