The property sleeps up to 10 guests and includes a main house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, plus a separate wooden guest room with its own bathroom. Enjoy a private pool, gazebo, patio, WiFi, and AC. Perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing beach escape on Puerto Rico’s beautiful southwest coast.

This charming property offers a comfortable and relaxing setting for your stay in Combate, Cabo Rojo.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located in the main concrete house. Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed. Bedroom 2 includes a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom, plus an additional twin bed. The main house also includes a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room.

Next to the main house, right in front of the pool, there is a small wooden guest cabin. This space includes two bunk beds with full-size mattresses and a full bathroom. Please note that stairs are required to access this cabin. You can see this area in the photos.

Guests can also enjoy a large private pool and a beautiful gazebo, perfect for playing dominoes, relaxing, and spending quality time with friends and family.

The property sits on private, peaceful land where you can enjoy a refreshing afternoon breeze. There is parking available for up to three vehicles, and there is also space to park jet skis.

Combate Beach is only a 5-minute drive from the property.

**Important Notes**

* Pets are **not allowed** on the property.

* Use of the swimming pool is **at your own risk**. Please supervise children at all times.

* The property **does not have a power generator or water cistern**, so utilities depend on the public service.

This property has been prepared with great care and dedication, and we kindly ask our guests to respect the house rules.

Pets and unregistered visitors are not allowed on the property. If any of these rules are violated, a $200 additional fee will be charged and the reservation may be immediately canceled without refund.

We truly hope this will not be necessary and that all guests will help us keep the property in excellent condition for everyone to enjoy.

TM also provides the amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include a soap dispenser with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge.

We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
