Light breakfast available. Ideal for a family or group of 3 - 6 people. Not a good fit for gathering or party. Top floor apartment. Noise should be minimum.

There’s street parking. However, out of courtesy, guests with compact cars only can park in my driveway. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and NO loitering or hanging out in front of the house allowed.
No Loud music or noise allowed. Smokers need to smoke outside of the premises. Not a good fit for gathering or party! Will NOT accommodate more than 6 guests!
