Our home is thoughtfully equipped for both short and extended stays, with blackout curtains in both bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep, free Wi-Fi, an iron, hair dryer, and a washer/dryer set for your convenience.

Enjoy easy access from the highway while being just a short walk from the wilderness. Hike to the top of the mountain to take in the beautiful views, or stay cozied up inside and enjoy the Smart TV.

Perfect for wedding guests, the home is conveniently located near Twenty Mile House (0.8 mile, 2-minute drive) and Kinship Ranch (0.4 mile, 1-minute drive).

Verizon service has excellent reception here. Guests using other carriers may have limited cellular service and should plan to use their phone’s Wi-Fi calling feature.

Our home is supplied by a private well with naturally great-tasting mineral water, so there’s no need to purchase bottled water.

Please use the mini-split system as the primary source of heating and cooling. The wood stove is reserved for emergency use only during a prolonged power outage and with host approval.

For insurance and safety reasons, all overnight guests and pets must be included on the reservation. Unauthorized guests or pets will incur additional charges beginning at $100.
