The space
Beautifully appointed cottage with the most unique view in all of Butler County with private space for you and your family to enjoy. This listing takes up the entire first floor of my home. I live on the second floor but we both have our own private entrances. Both floors are totally sealed off from one another for everyone's privacy. **Loud get togethers or parties are strictly prohibited.** Creekside Cottage is a no smoking or vaping environment.

Guest access
The cottage has its own private entrance. Two bedrooms with full bath. Bedrooms are king and one is queen. There is also two rolling beds and a queen sofa hide-a-bed available. You'll have your own private kitchen and dining room. The dining room features a beautiful pellet stove. You also have your own private living room and den with another pellet stove and a gaming area featuring a classic Wii game system! NO cable TV is provided. This is a rural area, we want you to come and relax. You also have access to a private deck with a hot tub overlooking the best view on earth! A barbecue grill is also provided on the deck.
