The space
This one-bedroom apartment features a living room and a bedroom, along with a hot shower bathroom. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a full (matrimonial) bed.

The sofa in the living room serves as a comfortable seat during the day and can be transformed into a bed at night to accommodate an additional person. This setup ensures the apartment can sleep up to four people comfortably, with the living room sofa available by special request.

The apartment offers a spacious patio with an outdoor kitchen, along with your own private yard space. The unit is facing a forest.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a coffee maker, blender, cooktop, kettle, refrigerator, and cookware—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Nestled in a secluded yard, the apparent is just a few steps from the beach, yet tucked away from the main road for more peace. At the edge of the property, a lush virgin forest invites you to observe local wildlife in its natural habitat.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy their own private apartment, complete with a charming little private yard. They are welcome to stroll around the main yard and observe the forest that runs along the entire edge of the property. On the premises, we offer a paddle board for use on days when the sea is calm.

Other things to note
Due to the popularity of Arrecife Beach, the shoreline can become crowded on weekends. Live music performances are often held at the restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays, and the sound may be audible from the property.

In addition, there is a secondary unit on site that shares a common wall, which may result in some audible noise transmission between the two spaces.
