***Construction Work in the Area***
Please note that renovation work on a historic villa is expected to begin on a neighbouring property at the rear of Kurstraße, starting around 10.08.2026. Through the end of the year, work will primarily involve demolition, roofing, and facade repairs. During the winter months, work is expected to continue mainly indoors. The renovation is currently scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027. No construction work will take place during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. We ask for your understanding that there may be occasional disruptions due to noise or construction site traffic during the work.
