Guests will appreciate the convenient access to the slopes, a private patio featuring mountain views, three bedrooms, expansive windows that showcase the beautiful outdoors, and parking for one vehicle in the garage. Additionally, guests can utilize the clubhouse with paid amenities, ensuring there is always something to engage in throughout the year!
This three-bedroom unit offers ample space for relaxation and highlights an open floor plan with hardwood flooring throughout the main entry level, which enhances the modern interior design, furnishings, and large living room windows that present a stunning mountain view. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas surrounding a gas fireplace, a flat-screen television, and a ceiling fan to maintain a cooler atmosphere during the warmer summer months. This area also provides access to the private patio, where you can admire the slopes of Granby Ranch and take a moment to unwind after a day filled with adventures. Adjacent to the living area, the dining area accommodates up to six guests and allows for easy access to the gourmet kitchen during meal times, which includes a breakfast bar with two additional seating spots. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. This ground level of the townhome also features a half bathroom, a laundry room, and a primary bedroom suite.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom that includes dual vanities, a tiled shower enclosure, and a spacious soaking tub.
On the upper floor of the townhome, you will find the remaining two bedrooms and a second full bathroom that is shared between them in the hallway. The second bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom features a queen-sized bed.
Additional unit amenities for you to take advantage of in the room are a laundry area with washer and dryer, mud room at the entry for each storage of your outdoor gear, 1 car garage parking. Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Free Wi-FI.
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only. This fee is per person/per day.
Parking: 1 car garage and 1 additional car in the driveway only - there is no street parking allowed.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
