It's located on a 4th floor, access to the 5th-floor private large terrace, beautifully appointed with barbecue, dining table, chaise loungers, rocking chairs, and an outdoor shower. Amenities include a swimming pool at the ground level, outdoor showers, private parking for two cars and BACKUP GENERATOR that instantly starts in case of electric outages. The beach can be accessed with a 2-minute walk through a path next to the building.
