Enjoy Summer in New England on a reservoir in scenic wooded area. Neighborhood is very safe, quiet, clean and close to all the action! Small home is well-equipped to comfortably house 3 or 4 people. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a deck for enjoying the summer weather. Relax in the peaceful setting on the water, hang out in the backyard, or take the kayaks for a ride!
Amenities include new Air Conditioning unit, large screen TV for streaming, high speed wifi, Laundry (washer & dryer), kitchen with full sized stove and refrigerator, grill for cooking outside, private dock for access to the water, kayaks, and patio furniture for enjoying the best season in New England!
