Bedrooms give a love vibe, plush bedding, and smart TVs. Located just 20 minutes from Downtown Houston, 15 minutes to the Heights, and 20 minutes to the Galleria. Perfect for families and groups seeking comfort, style, and convenience. ID verification required for check-in.
• Minimum Age: The primary guest must be 21+ to book.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed within the property vicinity. Violations incur a $500 fee.
• No Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,000 fee.
• Trash Policy: One (1) trash bag may be left on the check-out date. Any additional trash bags left behind will incur a charge of $80 per extra bag.
• Missing Items: Guests are responsible for all items in the home. Missing or unreturned items (e.g., keys, garage remotes, TV remotes) will be charged at replacement cost (minimum $100).
