About this property

The charming vacation home Casa Cozy Island in the southeast of Cape Coral is centrally but quietly located on a canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The house was completely renovated in 2023! Enjoy fantastic sunrises on the lanai with a great water view. The large heated pool and free-standing Jacuzzi invite you to relax and enjoy the view on the canal.
The house has three bedrooms with king-size beds and therefore enough space for up to 6 people. The Family Room offers relaxation in the evening, and an xBox is available for gamers. The fully equipped, bright kitchen looks out onto the lanai and canal and offers everything a chef would need. There is also a gas grill on the lanai. Please note that electricity is charged separately at $0.20 per kwh.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist toll renoviert und dekoriert worden. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool ist hervorragend und groß genug um wirklich schwimmen zu können. Der Whirlpool macht die Poollandschaft perfekt und ist ebenfalls ganz neu. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bäder flamm neu und sehr liebevoll gestaltet worden. Wir werden zu 100% wiederkommen. Besten Dank an Dennis und Claudia, die auch bei Fragen immer erreichbar waren.

Peaceful and relaxing

This newly renovated property is outstanding. My family enjoyed all the amenities. I could not get my son out of the pool. The area is peaceful and quiet. My son loved to watch the boats come in and out of the canal. Everything described in the description is spot on. The property managers are quick to answer any questions and are just overall great people. I would highly recommend this location and plan on staying again in the future.
