This unique retreat is perfectly positioned in a quiet residential area with friendly neighbors. It is located in the desirable southwest of Cape Coral. It is one of the finest holiday locations in Florida. The vacation home is situated in the middle of a cul-de-sac, shielded from the traffic of the main streets yet close enough to conveniently access local stores and Cape Coral harbor.
Several excellent restaurants and supermarkets are also just a short drive from the property.
This house has its own boat dock and heated private pool and provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The bridge to beautiful Pine Island is only seven miles from the house. Cape Coral Beach and the harbor are a short drive away. Several nice restaurants and supermarkets are also just a short drive from the property. There are two golf courses located only 5 to 10 miles from the villa: Palmetto Pine Country Club and Golf Course and Coral Oaks Golf Course. Sun Splash Family Waterpark is only 8 miles from the house.

Excellent experience

We had a great experience with our first time using Vrbo with this property. The house was spacious with everything we could need. The pool area was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was fully appointed with dishes, silverware, and appliances. The host was also very responsive with questions as they came up. We would definitely book this place again!

Everything you need

We loved the location, cleanliness, and property amenities. Close to action, but the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Backyard pool is shaded nicely by the tall palm trees and you can relax on the deck or platform for full sun. Lovely property!

We, the graduate chemist Dr. Hans-Joachim Buehler and his wife Lieselotte Buehler, teacher spend many weeks of the year in our House and enjoy the warmth and tranquility. We have fallen in love with our House in 2008 because it looked so bright and friendly. The idyllic location of the House is what we particularly liked. Since there was at that time still no pool, we have built it up. We are also constantly improving our House. We have now spent many months in our House. We place emphasis on cleanliness. Our German House Manager ensures that the appropriate services such as Pool service, lawn, and pest control are done extraordinarily well. Also, he ensures that everything is in order and our guests feel comfortable.

What makes this property unique

When we were looking for a house in 2008, many houses on Parkways were offered to us. But we wanted no traffic noise. Eventually, we found a house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Also, we wanted a house with South aspect in the pool area. In the autumn and in the winter this is very important to us. So the pool area is flooded with the sun even in these periods of the year. There is a large kitchen in our house. Because we mostly prepare our meals from scratch, this is the main issue. Local supermarkets and farmers offer high-quality food. So cooking and baking are fun.
