Laundry facilities and private back porch with bbq available, complimentary farm fresh eggs from our own hens and bottle of wine await. Whether you’re unwinding after a day out on Mayfield Lake minutes away, enjoying the many local "you pick" farm offerings or just some quiet time in the countryside, this amazing tree studded spot with rolling landscapes and mountain views offers a comfortable stay. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set soiled linens on table next to dryer in garage. Towels go in the hamper in barhroom.
No food scraps down kitchen drain, there is no garbage disposal. It will clog septic system. Keep drain screens in place at all times. No flushing of anything but toilet paper in toilet.
Quit time outdoors is 9pm. No parties or additional unregistered guests without pre-approving with host.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please read and follow the guest rental guidelines in the binder located inside the rental.
Park along side the grass on the left side of property and avoid blocking access in and out of garage.
Towels provided are not for beach use. Set air and heat to low or off and turn off lights when not occupying the unit.

Lovely property in every respect. Wish we would have had more time to relax and enjoy the grounds and surrounding areas. We were competing in an equestrian event near there.

This was the CUTEST little cottage with everything you could need. Woke up in the morning to a beautiful farmhouse oasis. Owners left a beautiful bottle of wine and fresh farm eggs. It was picturesque! Must book you won’t be sorry.
