The apartment has its own independent entrance inside the villa and opens onto a small, lovely balcony with lake views, perfect for quiet moments outdoors.
From the entrance, you step into the living area, with an open kitchen and lounge, designed as a welcoming, functional space. A short hallway leads to the recently renovated bathroom, fully equipped and complete with a shower.
The bedroom is intimate and bright, thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and tranquility, making the apartment ideal for a romantic stay or for guests seeking a relaxing escape in an elegant and refined setting.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and to the villa’s green areas, in accordance with the shared spaces.
The villa has two parking spaces inside the courtyard. If they are available, you can park there; otherwise, free parking is available nearby.
