Das ist ein kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung, alles da, was man so braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzige Punkt, der uns gestört hat, ist, dass durch die Lüftung im Bad morgens und auch zu anderen Tageszeiten Zigarettenqualm zu riechen war. Ob nun von der Wohnung unter uns, oder über uns, das wissen wir nicht. Da die Luft von unten nach oben steigt, ist anzunehmen, dass es von unten kam. Da können Sie jetzt als Vermieter nichts dafür und vielleicht ist das ja auch eine "Raucher-Wohnung", es war jedenfalls für uns als Nichtraucher nicht schön. Auf jeden Fall wollen wir mal wieder kommen. Dann aber soll es eine Wohnung mit Hafenblick sein - die volle Breitseite :-).

Die Wohnung war absolut schlecht gereinigt, Geschirr nicht sauber, wir haben uns nur 2 Teller und 2 Kaffeebecher sowie 2 Gläser und Besteck abgewaschen und alles andere nicht benutzt. Das angeblich in 2021 renovierte Badezimmer sah nicht wie renoviert aus, es gab keinen Duschabzieher und die Klobürstenhalterung war unappetitlich, ob es Rost oder anderer Schmutz war, haben wir nicht erkundet. Die Fenster, insbesondere das Fenster inklusive Rahmen und Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer wurde schon lange nicht mehr geputzt. Eine Wohnung in 2022 ohne WLAN ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß, aber das müssen wir auf unsere eigene Kappe nehmen, haben wir bei der Buchung nicht drauf geachtet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage der Wohnung war toll, weil alles fussläufig zu erreichen war. Etwas umständlich gestaltete sich die Schlüsselübergabe und so mussten wir uns einen fehlenden Haustürschlüssel nochmals extra abholen, aber mit einem kleinen Gastgeschenk war dann auch schnell alles wieder gut . Vorbildlich war die Prüfung der Coronabestimmungen, das haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden.
