**CASA ALEXIA BEACH VILLAS** is a brand-new, 4-bedroom villa located just a short walk from Canggu Beach (approx. 400m). You'll be close to cafés, restaurants, surf spots, yoga studios, padel courts, supermarkets, and famous beach clubs like Old Man's, The Lawn, Atlas, and Finns—all within easy reach. Spread across two floors, the villa features a large private pool, an enclosed air-conditioned living room, fast Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps), a Smart TV, and an indoor dining area.

**The Space**

- The villa is set over two floors with stairs (may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues).
- The lounge/living area is fully enclosed and air-conditioned.
- The villa is in a tropical environment, so you may occasionally see geckos, lizards, or insects despite regular cleaning.
- Housekeeping is available daily (once per day, at a time agreed with you).
- Towels and bed linens are changed every 3–4 days; extra changes can be arranged if needed (subject to availability or a small charge).
- External security cameras cover the entrance and parking only—no indoor cameras or security guard on site.

- **Cleanliness** – We take this seriously. The villa is thoroughly cleaned before every stay.
- **Security cameras** – Only external, covering entrance and parking areas. No indoor cameras.

**Q: What time is check-in?**
A: Check-in is from 15:00. Arriving earlier? You're welcome to drop off your luggage and start exploring while we prepare the villa. Early check-in may be available depending on occupancy, but it cannot be guaranteed.

**Q: What time is check-out?**
A: Check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge:
- 11:00–15:00 → 50% of the daily rate
- After 15:00 → 100% of the daily rate
Luggage storage after check-out may be possible depending on the schedule.

**Q: Do you provide daily housekeeping?**
A: Yes—once per day at a time that suits you.

**Q: Can we have extra clean towels?**
A: For eco-friendly reasons, towels are changed every 3–4 days. If you'd like them changed sooner, please leave used towels on the floor so our team can collect them.
