RENTAL TERMS

Check-in Paperwork: We want to get you settled as quickly as possible! To help with that, please keep an eye out for our Rental Agreement in your inbox. Please sign and return it, along with the required $150 security deposit against any potential damage or loss of items, prior to your arrival.

For stays of 30 nights or more: Guests are required to carry renter’s insurance and list the property owner as an Additional Interest. Proof of active coverage must be provided prior to check in, in order to receive access to the home. Failure to provide coverage may result in cancellation of stay without refund.
