Dumpsters on site so no trash cans outside or remembering to put them out! Fully-fenced backyard/patio area backing to woods. New flooring throughout, fully-stocked kitchen, a standing desk for easy work from home. The master bathroom has a king bed, its own full bath and walk-in closet. Laundry on site in the hallway.
