This apartment property was exactly as descrbed; however the pool was not available when the students are not in school we were told and could not use it during our 8 day stay in early August. The rooms are big. It's very clean. Communication is great. Check-in and check-out very easy. Keep in mind it is an apartment so depending on your location and neighbors it can be loud at times. Overall, for the price and other positives, I give this a 9rating.
