The Space:

There are four sleeping areas, including the living room sofa sleeper, but the guest bedroom and loft bedroom are connected. There is privacy for 4 people, but the townhome can sleep up to 8 guests. Step inside this beautifully appointed townhome and discover a space designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The living room provides a comfortable space to unwind, with a sofa bed that can accommodate additional guests. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Prepare delicious meals and enjoy them at the dining table. Step out onto the patio and take in the views. The condo features a spa like jacuzzi room and all the essentials for your comfort. Throughout the condo, you'll find amenities like air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. For your convenience, there's also a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as an iron and ironing board. Enjoy access to high-speed internet during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, which includes a private entrance and carport. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. As part of the Fairfield Harbour community, you'll also have access to the Broad Creek Recreation Center, which features indoor and outdoor pools, miniature golf, a gym, sauna, and hot tub. Plus, the area is very walkable, and you can rent bikes at the recreation center for a fun way to explore.
