Designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, this condo features a private walled courtyard entry and an expansive wrap around patio all within a short walking distance to a community pool/spa.
Chaparral Country Club is a gated community offering a fitness center, net games, golf and dining service for an additional fee.
The space stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re getting ready for the day or winding down on the patio, the condo provides thoughtful touches. Please note: my policy is to give $200 per month utility allowance for the combined electricity/gas. If your utilities are over that, the overage is deducted from the security deposit.

3. Place keys on wet bar.
4. Text owner when leaving.
