You`ll be staying on a lovely property tucked into the forested foothills outside North Bend, offering a quiet, creekside pocket in the Snoqualmie Valley—an ideal base for everyone looking to explore mountain scenery, fresh air, and a slower pace. The setting is primarily defined by the nearby sounds and views of Boxley Creek, a feature highlighted for this location, including a waterfall directly behind the home that adds to the `Pacific Northwest` atmosphere.

Surrounded by evergreens, misty mornings, and the sound of nearby water, this peaceful retreat is perfect for couples, unplugged weekends, or anyone looking to escape the city and relax in nature.

North Bend is just a stone`s throw away, offering a gateway to the town`s cafes and essentials while still feeling removed and secluded.

We strongly recommend that you arrive by car, as it will give you greater freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful King County and to venture to Seattle easily. As you already know, there`s plenty of parking at the property.

EARLY CHECK-INS - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. The booking engine allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time.

LATE CHECK OUTS - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay.

MAINTENANCE - If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc.

NO PETS ALLOWED- Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately.

EVENTS - There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home.

OUTDOOR AREAS - Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts.

CLEANING- Please clean up after yourselves, load dishes into the dishwasher, place towels in one pile, and leave the home in good condition. If the home is left excessively dirty or damaged, an additional $50 per hour cleaning or maintenance fee will apply.

No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoors. If smoke odor, residue, or debris is found, a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply. Please make sure your guest count matches your reservation. A $50 fee will be charged for each extra guest.
