Enttäuschendes Ferienerlebnis!Versuch einer Zusammenfassung:Anreisetermin falsch.Auskunft Mitarbeiter der Wohnungsverwaltung vor Ort: Fehler bei Datenübermittlung von Fewo-direkt. Wohnung unserer Auffassung nach ungereinigt übergeben. (fleckige Matratzenschoner Bett und Truhe im Wohnzimmer, eine zerschlagene Motte an der Wand im Schlafzimmer, sandige Böden und Spinnweben in allen Zimmern-wir haben dann selber gesaugt, Gardine im Wohnzimmer nicht komplett befestigt, sehr schmutzige Fenster)Alles einzeln nicht so schlimm und schonmal erlebt, aber in dieser Menge für uns dann nicht akzeptabel. Die tote Motte und die wirklich dreckigen Matratzenschoner waren wirklich unglaublich.Wir haben am selben Abend noch eine neue Ferienwohnung gesucht und gefunden und sind am nächsten Tag ausgezogen.Als wir die Vermieterin informierten, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir uns hätten melden sollen, dann wäre nachgereinigt worden oder man hätte uns eine andere Wohnung anbieten können.Wir hatten aber das Vertrauen komplett verloren. Und als wir in der Email der Vermieterin lasen, dass ein Mitarbeiter die Wohnung vor unserer Ankunft besichtigt und keine Mängel festgestellt hat, fühlten wir uns in unserer Ansicht bestätigt.

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen
Die Lage der Wohnung direkt in Strandlage ist kaum zu toppen. Zudem zentrumsnah und dennoch ruhig. Es ist auch alles da was man braucht. Insgesamt eine zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Das Ein oder Andere könnte mal erneuert werden, wie z.B. der Wasserkocher oder auch die Toilettenpapierhalterung.
