Der Balkon war sehr schmutzig und man sieht das er schon sehr lange nicht mehr richtig gereinigt wurde! Weiterhin stößt man mit den eigenen Füßen beim überqueren des Zimmers immer wieder an den Metallfüßen des ausgeklappten Schrankbettes! Das ist leider auch etwas Schmerzhaft! Mit dem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist das auch so eine Sache! Ich hatte leider keine Parkmöglichkeit mit meinem SUV Fahrzeug! Auf dem angegebenen Ausweichparkplatz war leider zu oft kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, und damit leider auch täglich 8,-€
Parkgebühren bezahlen! Weiterhin war es sehr warm auf dem Zimmer und im Eingangsbereich! Keine Klima oder Ventilatoren Möglichkeiten, was sehr unangenehm und schade war! Küchengeschirr war leider auch nicht mehr ganz vollständig!
Der doch sehr kurze und direkte Weg zum Strand und die Müllentsorgung!
