Casa Bijou is a delightful newly furnished 3½-room apartment. The apartment is located in a two-family house (completely renovated in December 2021) in a particularly sunny area, offering a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. The apartment is surrounded by greenery and tranquility.
It has a completely independent entrance with a terrace/internal courtyard.
A large, partially covered terrace is equipped with awnings over the entire surface. A table with chairs, 2 comfortable sun loungers, a relaxation corner with a sofa and armchairs, and an electric grill are available.
NEW! Considering the increasingly warmer climate, the apartment will be equipped with air conditioning starting in February 2025.
The apartment is furnished with quality furniture:
- Kitchen: Open to the living area and equipped with high-end appliances (induction hob, warming drawer, pyrolytic oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, large refrigerator). Ceramic worktop and convenient drawers.
- Dining area: Dining table (140 x 100 cm) with 4 chairs.
- Living room: Sofa and armchair.
- Bedroom 1: Large king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with OGGIONI Memory mattress with pocket springs.

Optional: Upon request and for stays longer than 10 days, the following additional amenities are available:
