The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Load the dishwasher and turn it on. To start the dishwasher, just close it, turn it on and select the cycle and it will start shortly after.
Dispose of any trash in the chute net to the elevator. If you have any large items, there is a dump bin in the driveway which can be found by turning left after leaving the front door.
If you could also reset the temperature on the thermostat to 72 degrees it would be appreciated. Please return any furniture which was moved to its original position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great property. So great to find a place in this part of downtown with a bunk bed room for our kids. Check in/out and communication were great and made it easy. Good in and out parking a block away also. Would definitely stay again
