Our new villa with panoramic view over Lake Balaton can be rented for 8-10 + 2 people in the summer. The house has an own private pool and paddling pool for children inside the house along with Jacuzzi and a small room filled with fitness equipment. In our closed garden you can find sunbathing terrace, playground with swing and slide, parking spots, sun beds, garden furniture, BBQ and a garage for 2 children. Our wellness facilities include a 7 × 3 m long pool, a paddling pool for children, and Jacuzzi, sauna for 8 people and fitness equipment inside the house. So no matter what the weather is like you can use all of them. The house itself contains two storeys with air-conditioning and is equipped with an alarm system as well. Altogether there are 4 bedrooms all with double beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 toilets, one big living room with TV set, a kitchen with dining area and the wellness area.

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist reibungslos gelaufen. Am Objekt angekommen (Hinweis Schild an der Straße „Aqua Villa“ links folgen) sieht am am Tor neben der Doppelgarage eine Telefonnummer. Diese anrufen und innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist jemand da. Im Haus ist ein toller Indoorpool und außen ein weiterer grosser Aufbaupool. Der Innenpool ist etwas stark gechlort, aber wenn Mann die Doppelüren nach außen öffnet gehts. Der Wohn und Essbereich ist sehr groß und nett eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 9 Personen dort und hatten ausreichend Platz, In der Garage haben 2 Fahrzeuge Platz. Das Haus steht frei und man ist unter sich. Ein Grill und ein Feuerplatz sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Lediglich die Töpfe und Pfannen der Küche bedürfen einer Erneuerung. Zum See mit kostenloser Liegewiese sind es 5 min mit dem Auto. Dort kann man ebenfalls kostenfrei parken. Zu einen gut ausgestattetem Lidl Supermarkt sind es ebenfalls nur 5 min mit dem Auto. Alles in allem waren wir begeistert und können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Une super location

Une très grande maison, très fonctionnelle et très spatieuse. Des propriétaires très sympas et très dispos. La maison est à la campagne, il faut donc impérativement une voiture, mais du coup elle est très au calme et entourée de verdure. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen plus 2 Kinder da,Haus war super,haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß im innenpool. Wir waren 14 Tage da und die Hauseigentümer waren sehr bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt durch verschiedene Unternehmungen, trotz Nebensaison,zu ermöglichen.Dies haben sie durch ihre Vorschläge,Massage,Ponyreiten,kutschfahrt,puszta,Markt und weitere diverse Ausflugsziele geschafft. Die Hauseigentümer waren sehr nett und die Frau konnte sehr gut Deutsch.Der angrenzende Reiterhof war für die Kinder das Highlight! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder sehr gerne her.

Urlaub in Siofok-Töreki

Familie mit 7 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Haus mit 200 m2 ist völlig ausreichend und Inventar ist in guten Zustand,haben mit so vielen Personen genug Platz gehabt.Das Haus ist Sauber und gepflegt und die Spielecke ist bei den Kindern gut angekommen.Die Hauseigentümer sind Nett aber sprechen leider sehr wenig bis gar kein Deutsch.Aufpassen bei Buchung,Ansprechpartnerin Nora vergibt das Haus auch mal Doppelt.Nora ist die Cousine der Hauseigentümer und Ansprechpartnerin bei der Buchung.Wir kamen am 09.07.2016 an ca.15:30 und sind dann auch eingezogen.2 Stunden später kamen die Hauseigentümer und sagten das es ein Problem gibt.Als Problem stellte sich dann heraus das da noch eine 7 köpfige im Anmarsch war.Wir konnten aber mit mehrfachen Emails belegen und Kontakt mit dieser ominösen Nora das wir das Haus gebucht hatten.Die andere Familie war sehr Verständnisvoll und wurde auf kosten der Vermieter für 1 Nacht in einer Pension untergebracht.Nächsten Tag haben die Vermieter mit dieser Familie dann ein neues und angemessenes Domizil gefunden.Den ganzen Urlaub über ließ sich diese Nora nicht blicken bzw. nahm sie kontakt mit uns auf.Die Eigentümer entschuldigten sich mehrfach und es war ihnen sichtlich peinlich das es anfänglich so gelaufen war. Fazit:Haus ist top,auch mit vielen Personen.Pool,Sauna,jakuzzi sind Top,Umgebung ist ländlich und Garage bzw genug Stellplätze sind genug da auf dem Grundstück. Kontaktperson Nora die für die Buchungen dieses Grundstück verantwortlich ist ist unakzeptabel,auch das sie nach ihrem Fehltritt kein Kontakt mit uns aufnahm.Hauseigentümer sind bemüht und nett.lieber jemanden bei haben der Englisch bzw Ungarisch spricht,Deutsch ist eher sehr Holprig.
