Getting Around:

The studio is in a prime location in Playa del Carmen, offering easy access to several transportation options. To reach the property, you can take a taxi or a private shuttle from the Cancun International Airport (CUN), which is approximately a 50-minute drive. Alternatively, you can use public transportation like the ADO buses, which connect the airport to downtown Playa del Carmen.



To get around the city, you have several alternatives:



On Foot: The studio’s location is ideal for exploring by walking, as many restaurants, shops, and attractions are just a short stroll away.



Taxis: Taxis are easily accessible in Playa del Carmen. You can hail them on the street or request a ride through mobile apps.



Public Transportation: Local buses (colectivos) are an affordable option for getting around the city and reaching further destinations.



Parking: Street parking is available in the area, subject to availability. There are also nearby public parking lots where you can securely leave your vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
