Three bedrooms including an open sleeping gallery (sleeping gallery & children's room with space-saving staircase without door and limited privacy) as well as additional bedding options in the living room and hallway area make the house ideal for large families, groups of friends or several generations who want to spend time together, or even workshops and project meetings – relaxed and without compromise.

The large, light-filled bathroom offers a shower and bathtub for pampering; a washing machine (dryer available if required) and a separate guest WC are also available.

In the spacious living area, the fireplace ensures cozy evenings, while you can enjoy the view of green meadows, fields, and the idyllic stream from the balcony. The particularly quiet, natural location is a real highlight: with a little luck, you can observe storks, deer, nutria, fish, or even a kingfisher – a nature experience right on your doorstep.
