Welcome to Casa Numu, a stlyish hideaway situated in the quiet gated community of Rancho Villareal. The home is tucked in a jungle setting and offers a seamless indoor/outdoor living space. This little oasis offers a private suite with a bathtub and lush jungle views that make mornings unforgettable. Guests can also enjoy the community clubhouse with a shared pool and jacuzzi. Only 10 minutes from Tamarindo and a short drive to beaches like Conchal, Flamingo, Avellanas, and Playa Grande.

Inside, the home opens into a bright and comfortable living space with a cozy lounge area, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evening bites. Air conditioning keeps the interior cool, while large sliding glass doors open wide to create a seamless connection between the indoor living area and the surrounding jungle landscape.

Step outside onto the spacious terrace, a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful setting. The terrace features a breakfast bar and an outdoor dining table, ideal for morning coffee, casual meals, or simply taking in the lush green views around you. With the doors open, the sounds of nature become part of the experience. Keep an eye out for howler monkeys moving through the trees, colorful birds perched nearby, and the occasional iguana soaking up the sun.

Guests also have access to the community clubhouse, where you’ll find a large beautiful shared pool and jacuzzi surrounded by tropical greenery. The home offers a quiet and private setting while still being just a short drive from Tamarindo and all nearby beaches. Super markets, pharmacies and local eateries are a 5 minute drive away. Casa Numu offers a relaxed and romantic setting where nature, comfort, and easy living come together for a memorable stay.

We manage multiple neighboring homes on this very property that can accommodate up to 7 guests total, across 3 separate homes. If you are interested in renting all 3 homes, please send an inquiry for more information.
- No pets, no events or parties, no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/drugs allowed
- Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 8pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
