Stunning modern pool villa close to town and beach. Villa Costa Conil is a contemporary villa with a private swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining area with large floor-to-ceiling windows . All rooms have air conditioning (hot and cold). The kitchen is located at the back of the house and is excellently equipped; there is an oven, microwave, dish washer and a cooking island with induction stove. In the utility room there is also a washing mashine and a tumble dryer. The kitchen has access to the terrace behind the house with a brick BBQ. On the ground floor there is also a doble bedroom (150x200) with shower room and private terrace. The stunning master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed (150x200m). The armchairs are ideal if you need to relax and unwind. The large balcony in front of this bedroom is furnished with a table and chairs as well as a few sun beds. The second bedroom (twin) has two terraces one where you can enjoy the morning sun, the other with beautiful sunsets. There is also a family bathroom which is accessed from the hall. The basement is paradise not only for children. It offers plenty of entertainment so that there will be no room for boredom; table soccer, pool billard, a play station, darts and table tennis. There is also another bedroom (twin) and a shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with a tv screen. Around the 8x5.5 infinity pool you will find several sunbeds, a comfortable sofa and a pull-out table. The villa is only a short stroll away from the gorgeous La Fontanilla beach. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

To beach there is a small path through a park and it takes only a bit more than 5 minutes to get to the beautiful beach of Conil -La Fontanilla with its famous restaurants Fontanilla and Francisco Fontanilla. Into the village you can get in approx. 15 to 20 minutes walking along the beach or through the streets with its little shops.
