We had a wonderful stay! The house and property are absolutely beautiful—quiet, peaceful, and nicely secluded. We even saw wild turkeys and mule deer around the property, which made the setting even more enjoyable.The house is just as beautiful inside as it is outside. It was very clean, comfortable, and well furnished, with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was especially impressive and fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay.If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to get away and enjoy Zion, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home base for our Zion trip (family of 7)We stayed here for a week in mid-October with a group of seven (mix of adults and kids) and it worked really well as our base for Zion and Bryce. The location was perfect—easy drive to Zion’s east entrance and a solid launch point for the rest of the parks and slot canyon tours.The place had good views and enough space that everyone could spread out without feeling cramped. Clean and comfortable, and set up nicely for a multi-generational group. After long days of hiking and exploring, the sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub were a real highlight for recovery. The night sky out here is also outstanding—clear, dark, and full of stars with almost no light pollution.Would recommend for families looking for a practical, comfortable spot near Zion without the Springdale crowds. Thanks for a smooth stay!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this house. It is beautiful with stunning views. The kitchen had everything that we needed (coffee/espresso maker, toaster, etc) plus many that we did not use. We especially enjoyed the outdoor amenities - sauna, cold plunge and hot tub - in the evening after hiking and exploring all day. It was great coming back to a quiet and private home to ourselves. The observation point overlooking Zion was breathtaking - well worth the hike! Being on the East side of Zion and navigating the shuttle system within the park was super easy. Take the hosts recommendations and pick up groceries on your way as restaurants/stores near the house are limited. We did a Walmart pick-up and it worked out really well. If we ever make it back to southern Utah, we would definitely stay here again!!
