We have lived in Boulder for over 20 years and love it! There is always something to do outdoors, around town, or with community. We also enjoy getting away to new and far off places for more adventure and making memories. When we travel we prefer to stay in VRBO's and want to offer that same comfort to people traveling to Boulder.

Why they chose this property

We love our neighborhood for the large, mature trees, access to bike paths, buses, shops, restaurants and more. We have friendly neighbors and the occasional wildlife siting.

What makes this property unique

Our home is custom built - a complete one of a kind - with an abundance of care and attention given to both form and function. There are living spaces on each level of the home making it easy to find a place to get cozy and relax when desired as well as enough seating for everyone to gather together for movies, games and dining. There are also bathrooms on every level of the home corresponding with each bedroom so everyone gets the space and privacy they need. In addition, the landscaping is right out of a botanical garden and creates a serene and lush environment immediately outside.
