All 3 bathrooms feature a tub/shower combo.

Chef's kitchen - designed to allow you to stay in and create your favorite meals. It's fully equipped with a complete set of cookware, tableware, and appliances (oven, microwave, air fryer, stove, coffee maker for pods or beans, and a juicer). The coffee bar features a Breville Barista Express® Impress — pull café-quality espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos without leaving home.

Located in the quiet and desirable Boulder Bay neighborhood, this home sits on a peaceful cul de sac just a two minute walk to the local park and across from the lake. Guests enjoy access to a private dock with two kayaks available, making it easy to experience Big Bear Lake from the water while staying close to nature and neighborhood charm.
↣ Guest access The guest has full access to the entire property (including garage) and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day of check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay. We also have a local manager who will be available should you need any assistance during your visit.

OCCUPANCY: Maximum number of guests (day or night) is 10.
NOISE: Please be mindful of local noise ordinances that require quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Music and noises travel easily.
SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the Rental Property grounds.
EV CHARGING: We have a level 2 EV charger in the 1 car garage for free guests use. If you have a Tesla, you will need to bring your adapter to use this.
Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the garage, private dock, and all amenities. We'll send your door code and check-in details the morning of your arrival. A brief rental agreement and Good Neighbor Policy acknowledgment will be sent prior to your stay.
