Unfortunately, our stay didn't go well. We had problems with 2 of the TVs not working all week, there was mice poop on the front steps, and every time we used the stove, the smoke alarms went off repeatedly. But the most frustrating part was the A/C in the upstairs didn't seem to be working right at the beginning of the week. Half way through our stay, it quit working. After MULTIPLE attempts to contact the agent/host to get it fixed, they never sent anyone out, there was no emergency line to call, and they told us Friday at 5pm that they hadn't even reached out to anyone to get it fixed (10 hours after notifying them. They also told us we had no options for another cabin and they would not put us up in a hotel. It was over 90 degrees outside all week and the upstairs was 85 degrees, water was leaking from the ceiling and the water reached the bedroom carpet soaking that as well. It was stifling and it started affecting the a/c on the other levels. We had to leave our vacation a day early as we had no options for sleeping. The customer service was lacking and I spent a lot of my vacation reaching out to them, with no success in fixing any of the above matters.
