Super Terrasse an guter Wohnung

Das beste an dem Objekt ist die tolle Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für maximal 4 Personen, küche ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt lediglich eine Spülmaschine. Die Betten sind bequem und hinten offen, so dass auch lange Menschen dort gut aufgehoben sind. Das Bad ist relativ klein, reicht aber aus.

Property was perfect for us and we loved our stay. Thorsten was absolutely brilliant both with online communication and in person. The view from the terrace was amazing, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We will hopefully be able to stay again. Regards Dobbs Family

Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in Ordnung. Die Kochtöpfe könnten mal erneuert werden.

Tolle Lage der Wohnung

Zum ersten möchte ich mich nochmals beim Vermittler Thorsten Klett für die tolle Aufnahme und den sehr netten Kontakt bedanken. Schneller Kontakt und schnelle Hilfe bei Fragen. Danke! Ich war mit meiner Familie im App. Rigo 1A. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht zu toppen! Morgens das Frühstück mit Sonnenaufgang und Blick auf das Meer den Tag zu starten ist einfach herrlich. Die Wohnung ist einfach im typisch Mallorquinischen Style gehalten und hat alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Der nahegelegene Eroski bietet alle notwendigen Lebensmittel sowie Hygieneartikel an sodass man nicht zwingend eigene Produkte mitschleppen muss. (Wie es jedoch bei Naturkosmetik aussieht weiß ich leider nicht) Die Fenster hatten wir Nachts offen da die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage besitzt. Auf die vorhanden Ventilatoren haben wir wegen unserer Tochter verzichtet. Bis auf die Brandung bekommt man eigentlich nichts mit. Es war ein toller Urlaub in Cala Millor.

Sommer, Sonne, Ferien

Rigo 1c Vom ersten Internet Kontakt bis zur Schlüsselübergabe persönlich durch Herrn Klett war die Betreuung perfekt. Die Wohnung mit riesiger Terrasse wurde uns super sauber übergeben. Mit drei Schlafzimmern, einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, ein tolles Duschbad und einen großen Wohnraum war die Wohnung für uns fünf perfekt, es war sogar noch ein Bett frei. Die Nähe zum Strand , nämlich erste Reihe Promenade war sensationell. Man findet in Calla Millor und Umgebung viele nette kleine Restaurants. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder so eine komfortable Ferienwohnung im Haus Rigo buchen. Rundherum ein erholsamer Urlaub. 👍🏻

Great postition well equipped excellent communication with manger

On the front so literally feet from the beach,nice flat and level surrounding area,everything at near at hand in shops restaurants supermarkets. Apartment well equipped with a massive terrace,would recommend to all,famlies older people, Surprisingly quiet and any noise seems to end by 11.00pm . Manger always replied quickly to any query very professional.cant think of any negative points of the apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Mein Mann und ich(53 Jahre) haben 1Woche in der Wohnung 1A verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß. Der Blick zum Meer ist einfach unübertrefflich. Was gibt's schöneres als morgens beim Sonnenaufgang zu frühstücken? Auf der Terrasse hat man bis 15:00 Uhr Sonne. Die Musik von den Hotels nebenan hat uns nicht gestört.Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden diese Wohnung 100% nochmal mieten, wenn wir nach Cala Millor kommen.

Sehr zu empfehlen, ideale Lage

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Apartment 1b untergebracht und würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen. W-Lan-Router und Waschmaschine sind direkt in der Wohnung, große, (nachmittags) schattige Terasse mit direktem Blick aufs Meer (wir hatten sogar an einem abend mit 9 Personen genügend Platz), ansonsten auch ideale Lage (mittig von Cala Millor) und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt. Die Beschreibung trifft zu 100 % zu. Da wir einen sehr späten Flug hatten, war die Wohnungsübernahme sogar mitten in der Nacht möglich, ohne irgendeinen Aufpreis. Auch vorab wurden alle meine Fragen umgehend per E-Mail beantwortet. Wir können dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles

Sommerurlaub mit Kindern

Unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung Rigo 3-C haben wir sehr genossen und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Die Betreuung durch Herrn Klett war perfekt! Von dem ersten Kontakt per Email (die immer sehr schnell beantwortet werden) bis hin zum persönlichen Treffen bei der Übergabe vor Ort waren top! DANKE Herr Klett! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade von Cala Millor! Natürlich muss man sich bei der Lage auf eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse einstellen. Ja...auch Musik von dem benachbarten Hotel schallte zu uns rüber, aber wir wollten ja auch keinen Wellness-Urlaub! Die Musik wurde auch jeden Abend gegen 23.30 bis 24 Uhr beendet, so dass wir nicht von unserem Schlaf abgehalten wurden. Dafür konnten wir dann am Morgen mit nur wenigen Schritten zum Strand gehen! Bei drei Kindern hat man entsprechend viel Equipment unter dem Arm und deshalb war uns der sehr, sehr kurze Weg wichtig! Und dieser ist hier absolut gegeben! Die Wohnung war für uns ebenfalls perfekt! Drei Schlafräume ließen genug Platz für alle und es musste niemand auf einem Beistellbett oder ähnlichem schlafen! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war völlig ausreichend und wir sind ohne Einschränkungen durch die Tage gekommen! Wir können die Wohnung ohne Bedenken (mit dem Hinweis auf die übliche Touristen-Akustik) weiterempfehlen! Gerne kommen wir zu einem weiteren Aufenthalt im Rigo wieder, denn uns hat es sehr, sehr gut gefallen!!!
