Beautiful holiday apartment in a quiet location with a view of the countryside.
Due to Johanngeorgenstadt’s elevation (892 m above sea level), there is a very high probability of snow during the winter months. The trailhead for the well-known Kammloipe cross-country ski trail is within walking distance.
In the summer months, the natural forests are perfect for hiking and biking. The extensive network of biking and hiking trails stretches from Germany to the Czech Republic and offers a few surprises along the way. A hiking and biking map is available in the apartment.

The holiday rental features 2.5 rooms (approx. 65 sqm) and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, right next to the forest.

The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), and there is the option to set up a cot (provided in the holiday rental).
The living room features a TV with a DVD player and a pull-out sofa bed. The children’s room is equipped with a bunk bed (bottom: 140x200 cm; top: 90x200 cm). In the kitchen, you can enjoy your meals at a large dining table. A high chair is available there for our younger guests. In the modern, fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find, among other things, a stove with oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker (Senseo + filter coffee maker), and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

A hair dryer is provided in the bathroom for female guests.
You can use the Wi-Fi free of charge during your stay. Bed linens, towels, and final cleaning are included in the room rate.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Electric cars can generally be charged at the property with an 11 kW charger. Please contact us in advance.

In addition to the room rate, a visitor’s tax applies. Children 12 and under stay free.
