A cliff-edge breezy villa (under*NEW Ownership) previously known as:

"Lilac Villa" or "Peace of Sea"

Facing the Atlantic Ocean. Quiet and secure residential neighbourhood. Private pool, gated parking for 2, grocery nearby. 

Dramatic cliff-side views and scenic evening strolls. Featuring 2 ensuite bedrooms, all with terraces opening onto ocean views with patio seats. The 2 level terrace offers afternoon shade, overlooking the pool with the ocean 50 yards beyond. In addition to the 2 identical spacious master suites with ensuites upstairs, there is a third accessible bedroom on the ground floor with double bed that has a full washroom on the main level, and a pull out Queen sofa bed in the living room. We are working on getting 2 chair beds for extra sleeping space so, the villa is perfect for four couples and 2 children. 

There is a modern equipped kitchen and granite Island seating 3, with a 6 seat kitchen table inside, and a 6 seat patio table outside on the tiled deck. 

The home is a traditional Barbados multi-louvered, glass less windowed home. There is no air conditioning as the louvered windows provide a constant flowing breeze and airy atmosphere. 

Newley renovated in May 2026 (pictures to be added soon), with updated lighting, modern furniture with a luxurious boho feel, with turquoise accents right down to the new cutlery and pots and pans. 

A full service coffee station comes with a teal Keurig and mini Nespresso machine with milk frother. A propane BBQ allows for quick grilling of fresh fish from nearby Oistins market. A gas range allows for chef inspired meals. 

A work station with an office chair and stable wi-fi is available. HD smart tv is the focal point of the cozy 2 couch, 2 chair living room. 

Just a few min drive from the airport with several sandy benches nearby, including the famous Crane resort within a 10 minute drive north, that has many restaurants that you make reservations at in advance. 

Calmer beaches are a short 15 - 30min drive along the coast towards Bridgetown. A grocery store and bakery are a short walk from the house.
