Please no pets on the furniture. Do not leave any perishables out at the end of your stay. No smoking on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm until 7am.

Guests with Children: While children are welcome in our home, please note that the property has not been childproofed. It may not be suitable for very young children or those requiring a child-safe environment. We ask parents to supervise their children closely and accept responsibility for their safety and wellbeing during their stay.

Location, Location, Location! The property is within walking distance to Willard Beach. You can see the beach from the balcony. You can walk on the beach or on a pathway above the beach. Scratch, a famous bakery, is also within walking distance. There are restaurants, an ice cream shoppe, and deli's nearby. All of Portland is a short car ride away. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and longer stays. However, it is above the garage and up a steep staircase. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

This property is beach adjacent and located in a small neighborhood full of big houses. The door opens to a garage with quite a strong fuel smell but a flight of stairs leads you up and away from the odor. The apartment was clean and well stocked but would benefit from a better sofa and reconfigured living room layout. The balcony looks over the driveway. I booked the location for access to Willard beach which has a promontory that provides a sunrise view that is legendary. Unfortunately we were fogged out both days ( and treated to the fog horn ) but I would book again for the chance to see the sunrise from the incredible vista which is a short walk and stair climb away. The beach is great for little kids because there is almost no surf. There is a playground and facilities... very family friendly. There is a walking path. The view is of sailboats and there is a lighthouse ... great to take pictures of. The beach is very rocky and known for seaglass...tough on bare feet so be sure to bring beach shoes.There are incredible places to eat ... the Sinful Kitchen for brunch and the Corner Room Italian Bar and Kitchen. The service is perfection and every guest leaves happy!There was a very long contract which was very intimidating to get through and a no cancelation policy. I wanted to review because there was only one other entry and wanted to provide some feedback. MAINE IS GREAT
