The washer and dryer were locked in the garage and no key to access them. We made sure we stayed where we would have access to a washer and dryer because we travel a lot. Other than that, the place was amazing. Communication was poor to say the least. Sent message at 5:55pm and got a reply at 8:41am the next day. I replied to that message at 8:50am and got a reply at 5:08pm. Part of the departure instructions were to start a load of towels and we couldn't access the washer.
