Our high-quality Apartment 23, featuring two full bathrooms with showers, is located on the 1st floor of the building and offers just under 71 square metres of space for up to 6 people. The apartment features underfloor heating and exterior blinds for complete blackout and heat protection.

The combined living/dining room offers plenty of space, which is further enhanced by the floor-to-ceiling windows. A comfortable sofa with a pull-out bed, a Bluetooth-enabled stereo system, and a flat-screen TV complete the living area and ensure plenty of entertainment during your stay.

Adjacent to the tastefully decorated living area is a beautiful dining area and a modern kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, coffee maker, Tassimo capsule machine, electric kettle, and toaster. This provides everything you need for self-catering.

The tastefully furnished bedrooms each feature comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m, full-length mattresses), another flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The first bedroom features an exclusive Swedish box-spring bed from Mattsons measuring 180 x 200 cm

The two modern shower bathrooms each feature a walk-in shower and a sink area with ample storage space for your toiletries. Access to the second shower room is located inside one of the bedrooms.

In addition, your own private sauna is available for your use during your stay. It can be easily operated via a coin-operated machine for a small fee.

From the living area, you can step out onto the beautiful, west-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast, relax and sunbathe, or simply wind down the evening with a glass of wine.

You can safely park your car in the complex’s outdoor car park.
