These two penthouses are located in the heart of Friedrichshafen, just a 10-minute walk from Lake Constance and the city center.
You can walk to Lake Constance, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery.
Thanks to its proximity to the trade fair grounds and the airport—and within walking distance of the Competence Center and MTU—it’s also ideal for business travelers.

The penthouse offers plenty of space for a large family or even several families who want to spend their vacation together on Lake Constance. As group accommodations, PENTHOUSE NO 1 and PENTHOUSE NO 2 can accommodate up to 15 people. However, you can also book them for just 2 people at a lower price if you don’t want to miss out on the luxury of spending your vacation in one of these apartments. In this case, two double bedrooms and the second bathroom will be closed off, so that for your vacation you’ll have two separate double bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a dining-living room, two balconies, and the breathtaking rooftop terrace at your disposal.

The high-quality and modern PENTHOUSE NO. 1 features 4 bedrooms spread over two floors and a total area of 160 m². It can therefore accommodate up to 10 people (including 2 cribs). All single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed. You’ll also find a living and dining area, as well as a state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. There is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, as well as another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. There is also a guest restroom. The centerpiece of the apartment is the rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Friedrichshafen.

We would like to explicitly emphasize and point out the following once again:
When booking for 1–4 people, you are booking two bedrooms, but you can optionally add the third and fourth bedrooms for an additional charge of 20.00 euros per night - If there are 5–6 guests, please be sure to book the third and/or fourth bedroom; for 7–8 guests, the fourth bedroom is available upon request; for 9–11 guests, the third and fourth These options will be available to you during the booking process!

A parking space at the house is available and included in the service fee. You will receive a key for the gate to drive in. Alternatively, you can use the public parking spaces around the apartment.

The vacation rental is located in an apartment building, so we kindly ask you to observe the public quiet hours, including midday, nighttime, and Sunday quiet hours. Out of consideration for others, please also keep the noise down in the vacation rental itself between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. We also ask that you refrain from speaking loudly on the balcony and terrace after 10:00 p.m. —
VERY IMPORTANT: Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the terrace out of consideration for fellow guests and neighbors, and you must leave the property immediately upon notification (via a call from a neighbor, the police, or other authorities).
No youth groups, club outings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or similar events allowed!
