Spanning approximately 345 m² of living space, this unique two-story villa is ideally located in the prestigious Yacht Club area directly on the river. The location is exceptional: Cape Coral’s only sandy beach is within walking distance. Enjoy your morning coffee on the boat dock while dolphins may pass by – pure Florida lifestyle.

The four elegantly designed bedrooms offer the highest level of comfort. The spacious master suite and three stylish guest rooms are distributed over two floors. High-quality king-size beds ensure restful sleep, while the modern bathrooms feature premium fittings and refined materials. A large office on the upper floor also includes a high-quality Murphy bed.

The outdoor areas are truly outstanding. The rooftop terrace provides additional space for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying al fresco dining. A fully equipped fitness room, a private office, and an impressive boat dock with lift highlight the exclusive character of the property.
