Lovely 2nd floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was tricky with a big vehicle but worked well. AC was not super cool during g a really hot week but we would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this stay and wished we'd booked for longer. While the outside is unassuming, the apartment is very lovely and comfortable. We walked to the grocery, restaurants, and shops. The places we wanted to see were a short drive. Paul was easy to work with. We were not there long enough for me to use the kitchen, but what I did notice seemed like they stocked it with new gear (utensils, etc). The only note I have is that while there is a parking space behind the house, I'd park in front long enough to load/unload. We had enough stuff with us for a 9 day road trip. Unloading it through the side alley and up the stairs to the second floor was a bit much. We parked in front on the street for the duration of loading to leave and it was much easier. I was traveling with my young adult son and he kept remarking at how it would be a really nice spot to live. Thank you Paul - you guys have a great place on your hands.

This property has stayed in the family since my parents have lived in Pittsburgh. We have decided it was too good to not share it with others. My family and I have fully renovated it to give it this gorgeous makeover. I hope you enjoy your stay!

This property is located in a quiet victorian lined street in Shadyside. A walk away from Walnut avenues restaurants, shops, and bars.

What makes this property unique

This property has brand new furniture and new bedding. I have designed it with my mom to give it a unique Modern/Classic look. If you have lived in Pittsburgh for a long time or know a lot about Pittsburgh's history, there are fun "easter egg" like artwork in the apartment. This apartment also has private parking in the back, which is a rarity in Shadyside.
