Enttäuschend

Bei Anreise ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Schlafcouch defekt ist und wir somit nur 2 von 4 Schlafplätzen benutzen können. Leider war die Rezeption weder telefonisch erreichbar, noch vor Ort besetzt. Also haben wir am nächsten Tag einen Ausflug unterbrochen, um persönlich vorzusprechen. Natürlich hatte der Empfang an diesem Tag veränderte Öffnungszeiten, die kurzfristig an der Eingangstür angeschlagen waren. Weder am nächsten Tag, noch bei der geplanten Abreise um 10 Uhr war die Rezeption verfügbar. Eine einzige Katastrophe. Nie wieder.
