Our place is comfortable and peaceful, yet fun and rejuvenating. It's beachy with class. Live well with a big kitchen, new appliances, large living space, big TVs, super comfortable beds and linens, plush towels, and gorgeous tropical backyard with large tiki hut, sun deck, 6ft deep pool, spa for 6+, BBQ gas grill, lounge chairs, and beach bikes. Be ready to enjoy paradise, with your own private sanctuary. No pets, no smoking, no parties/events.

The space
This is a private home on a nice sized lot. Large front yard, full driveway, and garage with bikes, chairs, and full washer/dryer. Backyard is super chill and peaceful day or night, surrounded by lush grass, coconut palms, and attractive landscaping. Our home is perfectly sized with open common spaces, cozy private bedrooms, a master bath and guest bath. The kitchen is modern and well stocked.

Other things to note
No smoking. No pets. Many things are delicate and breakable so the space is not suitable for small children or wild adults. Thank you for treating our home with respect.

Bonus points: - If trash day (Tu/Fri) and bin mostly full, take bin to curb. - Leave house & garage nice - Return A/C to 76-80 F, with Fan set to Auto - Turn off bedroom A/C - Send msg when you leave
